The courtyard was strangely empty, and the reason it was made Revenant nearly sick with nerves. He turned to the door and opened it, greeted by the cold air and snow. He looked down at the helmet he held, made specifically for him. Just walk up to Saladin like we practiced." "I'm gonna be honest," Efrideet said, "I never saw this coming." "You got this," She said quietly.įelwinter only gave him a curt nod as he exited. Perun clapped a hand on his armored shoulder as she walked by. They're ready." Revenant began to feel sick. Jolder leaned into the room, a grin on her face. "You've come so far," Felwinter told him, "You were a hard learner, but I always knew you would join us. "Well, come on!" Skorri said, smiling, "Give us a spin!" Revenant sheepishly turned before them, showcasing his new look. Leather straps secured a large iron plate to his chest, which bore the sigil of the Iron Lords. He was dressed in a leather greatcoat, iron armor protecting his forearms, shoulders, and boots. He hadn't known her for very long, but he had begun to grow fond of her. Revenant stood before Felwinter, Skorri, Efrideet, and Perun. "There," Efrideet said, admiring her work.
